Scott Carter is a New Zealand sports administrator who is currently the chairman of the Rugby League International Federation.
Carter grew up in the King Country and attended Auckland Grammar.[1]
Carter is a former New Zealand Police officer who established Matrix Security Group in 1993.[2] He has also been the chairman of Eventing NZ.
Carter was appointed as the New Zealand Rugby League chairman by Sparc, following a review of the Rugby League.
In June 2011 he was appointed the chairman of the Rugby League International Federation, and is the first Kiwi to hold the role.[3]
